Mark Hermann Chocolate is a small entrepreneur business which manufactures handmade ecologic chocolate confectionery, cakes and desserts. The passion started many years ago, when Mark started as a Pastry Chef apprentice and he very soon developed an interest in chocolate.
It did not take long before he was admitted to the National Team of Pastry Chefs of which he was a part for 5 years. Together with the National Team of Pastry Chefs Mark participated in The Danish National Championship, The European Championship and even the World Championship. The sustainable choice
We sell and process chocolate with great care for the environment. We want to be leaders in the battle against environmental impact derived from the food industry. Because of that we chose to use and sell Original Beans Chocolate which is also why we are the commercial agent for Original Beans Chocolate in Denmark.
ONE BAR: ONE TREE concept is about Original Beans planting trees in endangered rainforest areas. Our business share that care for the environment and the respect for endangered species and the good relationship with the cacao farmers. Again, that is why we chose to sell and use Original Beans Chocolate in our own products.
